Every year and every quarter, the AdenBell Group composes a summary of home sales and market statistics for the area.

The AdenBell Group guided over 16% of the transactions in the Ken Caryl Valley and North Ranch.  With this, their knowledge of the area is invaluable to buyers and sellers.

2017 home sales in Ken Caryl Valley and North Ranch were very strong. As shown below, the median price of homes sold increased 7% over home sales in 2016. This is a factor of the limited number of homes that were available for sale during 2017. The number of homes sold dropped from 100 in 2016 to 70 in 2017. The number of days on the market was almost constant at 38 days.
