Beer, bourbon, bugs. This weekend’s got all that and more. Adventurous eaters can try bug-centric dishes paired with beers, or you can skip the insects and opt for a Snoop Dogg-themed brunch. More? How about a bacon and bourbon fest instead? If you’re looking to get away, head to Breck to check our some world class snow sculptures, or don’t and stay in town to see a world-class steer inside one of Denver’s most luxurious spaces -- as the tradition of the Stock Show Grand Champion overseeing tea at the Brown Palace continues. A little weird, a little wacky, and a lot of beer: it’s a classic Mile High weekend.
