First of all.....  HAPPY HOLIDAYS from the AdenBell Group!  Enjoy the time with family and friends and be safe!

The weekend before Christmas….. Beer Fests…. Midnight Movies…. GOAT YOGA!!!‘ Be nice by supporting a good cause by drinking the night away at an open bar (or both!), this weekend’s got events aplenty.

Catch a midnight showing of Edward Scissorhands

Friday, December 21-Saturday, December 22
Esquire Theatre
Forget staying up late to try and catch a glimpse of Santa, that’s for amateurs. Now, you can stay up late for a guaranteed sighting of a young Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder instead in the Tim Burton classic that’s the perfect Christmas movie for anyone who can’t take any more Christmas movies.
Cost: $9.50

Saturday, December 22
Hops & Pie
If you prefer your Christmas flavors served up in a frothy mug, you’re in luck. This beer fest is all about holiday brews and there will be over a dozen on hand for you to sip your way through, including Prairie Artisan Ale Christmas Bomb!, Strange Craft’s Gingerbread Man, and The Lost Abbey’s Gnoel de Abbey.

Hang with goats at a screening of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation

Saturday, December 22

What better to pair with a holiday film classic than...goats. These rescued animals love attention so treat them to some holiday snuggling while you enjoy a film. The WongWayVeg food truck will also be on hand with tasty eats for the evening.

Run the Christmas Carol Classic

Saturday, December 22
City Park
No matter how many cookies you’ve downed so far this season, you’ve got a chance to redeem yourself in time to… eat more cookies on Christmas day. Participants in this 1M/5K/10K/Fun Run will also get to enjoy plenty of hot cocoa, classic Dickens carolers, and more.
Cost: Registration starts at $35

Do your last minute shopping at the Horseshoe Holiday Market popup

Saturday, December 22-Sunday, December 23
Belmar, Lakewood
This is it, procrastinators. If you want to avoid being the only person to show up empty handed at your family’s holiday gathering next week, you must be brave and shop this weekend. For artisan gifts that will make it look like you thought about what to buy your Aunt Trudy weeks ago, this market with over 70 vendors is your best bet. Plus it’s next to a skating rink so you can sneak in a little fun for yourself on this excursion too.
Cost: Free to attend

Relax and unwind with some cuddly friends at a goat yoga session

Sunday, December 23
Release Studio, 1201 Santa Fe
More goats! There’s no better way to let all that holiday stress go than with some serious yoga flow paired with quality baby goat cuddling time. Stretch your muscles, take some much needed deep breaths, and laugh a little too. Sessions are BYOB so pack some bubbly in a bag for an added treat.
Cost: $35

The Ginn Mill
For the 7th year in a row, this LoDo bar invites you for a night of all-you-can-drink fun, all in the name of giving back. This year’s event benefits Children’s Hospital Colorado and includes not only an open bar, but also giveaways, prizes for the best dressed couple, an ice luge, and more.

FINALLY!

The AdenBell Group had an AMAZING Holiday Party and Sleigh Ride at the Ken Caryl Manor House with a lot of our friends and clients on December 12! We had about 300 who braved the cold winds and laughed, chatted and drank with us that evening!  What a great time!  If you could not make it, we hope you can next year!

Happy holidays to all!
